Prior to Real Estate my education and work was in the engineering field of commercial construction throughout Europe. The results of my calculations determined whether a bridge would still be functioning years from now or if a high-rise building was to remain standing after a hurricane had passed through.
Upon my arrival in Canada in the mid nineties I started a successful Immigration business working with Canadian and European governments in transferring Professionals and their families to Canada.
The technical skills from my early work plus the people skills from my later career come together well in how I perform as a Realtor.
In selling a home, like designing a bridge I take care to see that all details are looked after. Moving people from one environment to another requires care and understanding, as it is often a stressful situation for families. I take care to see that my clients moving experience is as stress free and organized as is possible.
