We endeavor to respond to your priority.
For an emergency we will get someone there as soon as we can. We may have some shop work that is not on a tight schedule..We may have someone working in your area who can attend later. Overtime rates may apply.
Some work requires more than one person and perhaps a team of three or four. Given a little latitude, we may be able to start with one person, who will assess the immediate needs and then “ramp up” our team as availability permits. We will work with you, please work with us.
We endeavor to take “the monkey” off your back.
If it’s a breakdown, we will fix it as quickly as we can. We may have to go out to buy or fabricate parts for you, in which case we will drive to get them. We will get our suppliers out of bed if we have to. So be it!
If it’s a plant move, we will dismantle, load, transport, unload, install and carry out any repairs that you may request. We pay particular heed to your production needs and keep down-time to a minimum. We offer a turn key service. You won’t need a different company to perform segments of your move, we will do it all.
If you stress the urgency of a need, we will pay less attention to form (beauty) and more to function (does it permit your production to run safely?).
If you stress that the price must be inexpensive, we will pay less attention to form and more to function.
If you stress the need for good looks, we will pay more attention to form while achieving function.
We understand that time changes all things.
If your needs have changed, we will change our plans to accommodate and keep the extra costs to a minimum. We believe in the principle of fair play.
